A credit card is required to book your appointment. Your card will not be charged unless you click on add to cart. Your card is just on file for any late fees or cancellation fees.

All appointments must be booked online.

There is a 15min grace period, after 15mins you will be charged $15 late fee.

If you are more than 20mins late I may not be able to accommodate your appointment & in this case, your appointment will be cancelled & you will be charged 100% of the service you booked.

All appointments must be cancelled 24hrs prior to your appointment time.

If you cannot cancel your appointment online yourself that mean your outside the cancellation time frame. You will be charged $35 late cancel fee.

If you change your appointment the day of your appointment you will be charged $35 change fee

No extra guest unless they are being services.

No kids please unless they are being serviced, this is a place to relax.

If you are sick please cancel your appointment in a timely manner & stay home. If you arrive sick I will not be able to service you & you will be charged 100% of the service booked.

If you are getting lash extensions please arrive with NO MAKEUP please No eyeliner No foundation just a bare face.

If you are getting your Teeth Whitened please eat before you come to your appointment. You can not eat for 1hr after.

Make sure your card on file is up to date & can be charged for late cancellation fee or this can result in you not being able to book with me again.
